Project SRB

Like so many others this project is the result of the sad fact that I never owned my own SRB when I was younger. Instead of buying a used, but complete SRB I wanted to buy it in parts. This way I had hoped to spread the cost of this project over a longer period of time and get an increased control of the quality of each individual part. Unfortunately this didn't work out so well since I'm a bit absent minded I sometimes forgot to keep an eye on the eBay auctions I was bidding on, this caused me to loose quite a few of them (often outbid by only a dollar or fifty cent). Also I turned out to be a bit impulsive and ended up buying options parts for more money than I had planned. So the pace of the project has been slowed down. I do plan to finish stage 1 (the part where I actually manages to get myself a SRB I can use as a runner) in time for the summer, of 2005 that is. This means that I will have to buy a used and almost complete SRB.
